The LEGO Group has embarked on a journey towards a Skills Based Organization having done pre-work, RFI/RFP in 2023 ventured into piloting 3rd party tech solution integrated with existing HCM platform in 2024. Planning to deliver scale-up of solution to all salaried colleagues through 2025. Presenting context for journey, primary drivers, initial pilot learning from so far and roadmap to scale-up.
