We asked, we listened, and we took action!

It's been over four months since our first HR Technology Europe and we can't wait for the 2025 edition.

Our industry helped shape the first edition, and 2025 won't be different as we believe that collaboration is key. Therefore, we've listened to every single feedback and created a plan of action.

Here’s what’s new for HR Tech Europe 2025:

✔️ Revised dates: The 2025 will be held on 4-5 March, falling on Tuesday and Wednesday (bye-bye holiday season!) 

✔️ Everything in one place: content is now on the show floor, just as requested by exhibitors and visitors. In 2025, delegates can be inspired by great sessions and head straight to the exhibitor's stands to find out more. Plus, stages will feature headsets for improved sound quality

✔️ Thought leadership: speaking sessions now for all budgets (also for start-ups) - including New for 2025, HR Tech Europe's Think Tank and the Main Stage

✔️ Enhanced sponsorship packages - as requested, lead retrievals are included in the packages and early marketing campaign to increase ROI

✔️ Onboarding: shell scheme packages - there were hiccups with last year's onboarding. So 2025's shell scheme packages will have electrics, Show Ready and furniture packages

✔️ HR After Hours: if returning exhibitors are organising any parties, we will market free of charge!

✔️ More European Speakers in the Conference

✔️ Coming back by popular demand: Ask the Expert and Tech Talks

✔️ 'Let's Meetup:' we are hosting invite-only Meetups, happening in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden and France to warm up Pre-Event and to build more relationships

✔️ Spot-On Content: all content sessions will be developed in collaboration with our Content Chair, Rebecca McKenna, to maximise impact for sponsors and delegates. Our goal is to align the content and its delivery with the needs and interests of your potential buyers, while also sharing our expertise and insights
