Day 1 of the Future Talent Council AI Summit, and it was terrific! Every turn was a learning curve and such a luxury to talk HR Tech all day and most of the evening (Carla Serra Lisa Gentou-Hedkvist 😍 ) with inspirational, passionate, like-minded people.

I am still knowledge-digesting, but here are a few of my takeaways:

🌷the need for and importance of connecting with employees; to ask questions, actively listen, and act; don't guess, ask. "Connect, don't Correct”.

🌷HR Tech is an enabler of point 1 because it takes care of time-consuming, administrative duties and gives you insights on your people, which in turn helps you get to know them and help them be the best version of themselves; beneficial to them and the company (in so many ways).

🌷to be solution providers and not problem solvers - we discussed first understanding the challenge/problem and then starting to find solutions, ideally with others.

🌷it's ok not to know everything; we are all learning about...
