Entrepreneur and future of work expert, he founded RADICAL HR, now part of Future of Work Group, where he serves as CEO, helping large companies and SMEs with corporate learning and people transformation, helping HR professionals to lead the change. He co-founded and leads as CEO HAPPY2C, an investment holding boutique focused on innovative startups specializing in digital transformation, HRtech, and EDtech. He is also a member of the board of Save the Children Italy, Laborability, Vivisalute and Sicuro Group. He wrote eight books, including the best-seller Generazione Mille Euro and the brand new Five lenses of HR.
