Alex Spek is a seasoned HR professional and Managing HR Services Consultant at Consultday, a leading HR IT consultancy in the Netherlands specializing in organizations with 1,000+ employees. He focuses on optimizing HR processes and systems, helping organizations across industries—including banking, insurance, retail, industrial, telecommunications, healthcare, and government—enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Currently, Alex works on behalf of Consultday as HR Services Process Consultant at Vattenfall. With a strong ability to re-engineer HR processes using new technologies, Alex ensures seamless service delivery while maintaining a strategic overview. His expertise includes HR process optimization, payroll, and HR in- and outsourcing, HR service delivery models (global and local), HR change management, and HR transformation.
