Alex is a father of three who initially set out to become an engineer but discovered his passion for people and business, leading him to pursue a career in HR. Over the past 15 years, he has gained extensive experience in the telecom and fintech industries and today he holds a leadership role in HR for Spotify’s R&D organization, including overseeing Spotify’s Talent Acquisition team.
