Anna is an HR executive with plenty of experiences establishing modern HR organizations. She is very interested in all development and growth opportunities for herself and for the organization. She Joined Fiskars group in March 2022 as their Chief People officer. Fiskars celebrated 375 years 2024 and we own brands like Royal Copenhagen (turning 250 years this year 2025) and Iittala founded in 1881. Now everything is about being more efficient and productive to continue to lead innovation and transformation in the organization, so here is where AI and digitalization comes in. One of my favorite expressions is: “Be the change”.
