As an experienced management consultant, Birte has extensive experience in HR transformation projects incl. the end-to-end implementation as well as change of HR processes in the areas of employee engagement and talent management. In addition, Birte has supported various companies in digital transformation processes and (Gen)AI talent impact assessments on jobs, tasks and skills incl. derivation of strategic measures to accompany the shift. Birte holds a Master's degree in Business Psychology and is certified as a Professional Coach.
