Erica Isotta born in Italy and based in Amsterdam, is passionate about connecting people and building bridges. This passion has led her to publish 3 books, produce 4 podcasts, and speak at numerous events, including a TEDx talk. Her areas of expertise are the Future of Work, Community-led Growth, Belonging, and Wellbeing in the Workplace. After 7 successful years in tech sales at large companies like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Miro, she co-founded the D2 collective in late 2022. This value-based community for tech professionals, launched with her best friend and fellow LinkedIn alum, Nastie Schoenmakers, has now grown to 6000+ members from the top tech companies.
