Esmé Valk has been CHRO of Royal Schiphol Group since September 2021. After leading the restructuring operation during the first months of the covid crisis, she is now working on the recovery. The particular focus is on the well-being of employees, both those of Schiphol Group itself as well as employees of other parties operating at the airport.
