Gerd, who previously worked as a civil engineer in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries, has also retrained as an HR professional. Together, they bring fresh perspectives on how to revolutionize HR. Combining their expertises, they have co-authored a bachelor’s thesis on the use of generative AI in skills development.
