Kiran Brar has been Chief HR Officer at Signify since August 2022. She has previously held various senior roles within Signify, including HR Business Partner for India, Global Head of Learning and Head of HR for Division Digital Solutions. Before joining Signify, Kiran held global leadership positions in HR at companies in the telecom, professional services and hospitality sectors, including GE and Airtel. An Indian national, Kiran has a Bachelor of Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College For Women and a postgraduate degree in business management, human resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
