Based in London, Mathew Sahebjam is the Commercial Client Director for Darwin at Mercer, where he is responsible for selling the industry-leading global benefits administration technology and employee engagement software to multinational companies. With over 19 years of experience in the human resources technology industry, Mathew has developed a strong expertise in cloud-based benefits solutions, human capital management, payroll, reward, and SaaS platforms. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of large enterprise multinationals, driving innovation and strategy in employee benefits. Mathew holds a degree in Physics from Loughborough University.
