Nina Jaksic, the Nordics Sales Director at Avature, is passionate about leveraging technology to revolutionize the HR industry and works together with Avature customers in the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Sweden to help them drive organizational success. Prior to joining Avature, she spent 1.5 years at Gloat, leading the design and go-to-market of their external-facing Talent Marketplace. Her experience spans HR business partnering, product leadership, and strategic sales enablement, making her a dynamic force in driving HR excellence through digital transformation. Nina holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
