Paul Kleppe serves as Enterprise Client Leader in Aon’s Global Enterprise Client Group. In this role, he represents Aon globally to a number of its most strategic clients and leads international client teams to deliver innovative and complex solutions around Risk and Human Capital.

Previously, Paul was Director in the Aon Inpoint team, Aon’s global management consulting and advisory arm, where he held various managerial roles and led the engagement between various top tier P&C insurers and Aon’s Commercial Risk team across International (APAC, EMEA and LatAm).

Paul joined Aon in 2014, bringing with him a Master’s in International Management from Tilburg University, complemented by a Bachelor in International Business and Management, for which he spent a semester in Washington DC. In 2017, Paul was a recipient of the AM “top 25 insurance talent” award.

Paul’s dedication extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he and his wife actively support various charitable healthcare organizations in Africa, which has led him to live in a rural parts of Malawi. With a passion for travel that has taken him to over 50 countries, Paul embodies a global perspective that enriches his approach to client service and leadership.
