Sezin Aytac Ninic is the Global Head of Talent Management at ING HQ Netherlands, with over 20 years of diverse experience in the field of HR. Sezin began her career at PwC within HR Consultancy, where she honed her skills in organizational development and talent management while working with multinational clients. Her career spans multiple industries, including retail, pharmaceuticals, and staffing, across various geographies at global leading organizations in both generalist and specialist roles. Before joining ING, Sezin served as the Global VP of Talent Management at Adecco Group in Switzerland. In this role, she managed talent strategies globally, led global assessments, succession management, and talent programs, demonstrating her expertise in navigating complex, multicultural, and fast-paced environments. Sezin has held numerous HR leadership positions and served as a member of executive committees, contributing to strategic decision-making.
