Sharon O’Dea is a consultant, writer and speaker on the digital workplace and the future of work, and founder of boutique consultancy Lithos Partners. Sharon has collaborated with a string of high-profile organisations on their digital transformation programmes, including HSBC, the University of Oxford, Allen & Overy, Standard Chartered Bank, Shell, Credit Suisse, Barnardo’s, the Houses of Parliament, and the UK Government. A regular writer and speaker on the role of digital in a changing world of work, Sharon is co-author of two books and podcast host. Irked by the lack of diversity at tech and digital events, Sharon co-founded an event series - 300 Seconds - to give women and other underrepresented groups in digital a way to gain confidence and experience, and to find their voice.
