Therése Götsten is Chief People Officer at IKEA IT AB responsible for all employee related questions in Global Digital Hubs in 7 countries (Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, India, China, US and Germany). IKEA is in a technology driven transformation from a cash & carry retailer to a unique omnichannel retailer. In her role Therése leads and supports all organisational changes related to this transformation. She has an extensive experience in Human Resources and Transformations in different companies and leading teams of HR professionals across Europe, India, China and US.
