With over two decades in the tech industry, Tomer leads the development of core HR frameworks, including the Job Catalog and Competencies Framework. These tools help organizations structure and evolve their workforce, supporting workforce planning, talent development, and acquisition. By integrating AI-driven tools, Tomer enables managers to boost productivity, make data-driven decisions, and focus on talent growth. Prior to this, Tomer was Senior Product Manager - Platform at HiBob, leading the Objects Framework to unify business objects, fields, and relationships across the platform. His work enhanced scalability, security, compliance, and automation for HR and IT teams. Previously, as Product Manager - HR Workflows Automation, Tomer developed self-service, configurable workflows that streamlined HR operations, improving efficiency across all business functions. Before joining HiBob, Tomer held key roles in HR tech, business intelligence, and automation. At Sisense, he led product initiatives embedding AI-driven analytics into enterprise workflows. At LivePerson, he managed BI and analytics projects, helping companies optimize their digital operations.
