Wouter is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of experience in People, Organisation, and Culture. He currently serves as Vice President of Talent at Netflix EMEA and has previously held roles as Vice President of HR for Global Digital and VP of HR for European markets at Adidas. Fluent in Dutch, German, English, and French, Wouter has developed a global perspective through his work in Germany, France, China, and Ireland. His career also includes key positions at Danone, covering global, local, and regional responsibilities. Outside of his professional commitments, he coaches a local youth football team. Wouter holds a degree in International Business and Languages from the Amsterdam School of International Business. He is passionate about empowering individuals and fostering a culture of growth and innovation
