To qualify for a complimentary pass as an HR professional, your primary role must be in human resources within an organisation. This also applies to CIOs, CFOs, and others involved in the HR Tech buying chain. If you have any further questions, please reach out to conferences@etcnetwork.com.
Show management regularly reviews registration lists and will reclassify registrations as needed. If it is determined that your registration type should be re-classified, you will be charged the applicable rate.
No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by 3 February 2025 11:59 PM CET will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of €100. Cancellations received after deadlines will not be refunded. HR Tech Europe reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, HR Tech Europe’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference or expo registration fee only. HR Tech Europe reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
Accommodations for persons with special needs is available. Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference and contact conferences@etcnetwork.com with your accommodation request.
By attending HR Tech Europe, you consent to having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings may be used by HR Tech Europe, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website and other properties. Attendees are permitted to use smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images at HR Tech Europe for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Registrants may take photos from their seats, as long as they are not standing in the media area, obstructing views or using flash after the session begins. Photographs may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.
Although HR Tech Europe records, streams and photographs various sessions, the programming is presented primarily for the benefit of the attending audience. While we have a “no live streaming and recording” policy, we understand the desire to take photos and capture video on phones to share on social networks. However, to protect the rights of speakers, as well as the conference, please note you are NOT allowed to live stream and also agree to record no more than 45 continuous seconds of any single session.
